Which password is used to log in to My Account on Plusnet? I thought it was the password I use for my email, but this isn't working.
I applied for a link to change it, but it said it would affect the router so now I'm scared to go ahead!
Can anyone help?

@AnnieDunn To log into your account, you use the password associated with your username, which you created when you joined PN, and which you should have kept a record of.

That's correct, its the same password that the router uses to make the connection. However, if you are using a Plusnet Hub then it will auto update with any password change. If you are using your own router, then you will need to manually change the PPPoE password to the new one.

Not that it bothers me too much - yet - but why was this topic marked as 'solved' by a staffer - Ritu_D ?? AFAIK, only the OP has the right to accept solutions.

Hi @jab1.
Sorry this seems to have been marked in error.
I have now removed the solution till the OP confirms the fix.
@AnnieDunn please keep us updated once you have tried the steps provided above.
