I have just received an email from you saying the direct debit has been cancelled although when I look on line it is still there. what is actually going on with your company?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I've checked your account and apart from the cancelled direct debit instruction I can't see any further issues.

Could you re-submit the direct debit instruction online from Here please?

Once you've done that I don't foresee any further problems happening.

I have already resubmitted the direct debit and it is showing in my direct debit list on my bank account. however when I go on my plusnet account it's not there. I tried again and got this

 

There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Thanks for getting back to us, can you advise when you submitted it?

It can take around 5-10 working days for one to be processed.

set up Monday and showing as active yesterday. I would like to add that all my other direct debits are fine and working and I see from your forum I am not the only one having problems

Not 100% sure why it's showing as active on your bank's side after so soon, but I'd definitely allow 5-10 working days for it to be fully processed.

then why are you asking me to resubmit it? can you get your supervisor to sort this out once and for all. I am paralysed and typing this out with my eyes using a special device. I can't keep doing this back and forth
