Move existing broadband product to a new account holder?

Move existing broadband product to a new account holder?

An elderly relative has their own broadband service on their account and also a broadband service for a family member at another address - both services paid on the one bill.
Is it possible to create a new account for the other relative and transfer their broadband product to that new account with separate payment details and what would the change process be?
I have Power of attorney for my elderly relative but I am not the Plusnet account holder.

That doesn't sound like something which is an option, I'm afraid.
I would suggest calling our Customer Options team regarding this as they are the department who can provide all relevant information about your account and contract.
