Hi I've been a customer for a couple of months now but still haven't received any email re the £50 reward card offered when signing up - how do I flag this up?

I can see that your Reward Card email was sent out from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com on 11th March. Are you able to check your Spam folder to see if you can locate this email?

Hi thanks for the reply - I think the email must've gone into my spam but that gets cleared down regularly - I cannot find anything from march 11.

How quickly did yours arrive initially.
Still waiting on mine, only been a couple weeks mind you.
Just hoping to avoid it dropping into spam and deleting

Think it must've been just under a month - worth checking spam folder as that's where mine must've ended up and then I deleted a list of emails without checking.
