Plan downgrade

Hello, I would like to know how I can downgrade my internet plan, as I left the country about three months ago and my father does not need 900 Mbit speed and does not want to pay extra money for it. There is no such function in my personal account, there is no live support either, Facebook and Instagram only respond with automated template replies, and since I am in another country, I am unable to call and request this. Also, they recently charged me £68.91 for no reason, even though the website states that the contract price is £51.64. Therefore, if it is not possible to reduce the plan to the minimum, I would like to cancel it. I hope you can help.

Re: Plan downgrade

Fix
Unfortunately there is no way to downgrade whilst in your contract. You will still be in your minimum term. If cancelling, you will be charged an early termination fee which is roughly 'no. of months left' x monthly fee - a percentage. You will able be without broadband and need to find someone else. You could pay the difference for your father whilst away and downgrade at renewal. Best to phone CS, explaining the situation and see if you can negotiate a new deal/downgrade
Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 
