Link to reward card not received

My broadband was activated on 28 Nov, but I've not received any communications on reward card.

I'm having the same issue too! I got my broadband activated on the 26th of November and I sighed up through Uswitch which said I would get a £150 (or £140 I don't remember) reward card within 2 weeks of activation but I've still received nothing almost a month later.

Normally you'll receive a claim email within 10 working days of your service going live.

Have you both had a chance to check your spam / junk folders to see if it has ended up in there?

No. I haven't received a claim email altering checking my junk folder.
