I thought I had been overcharged for each of two months. Been calling 5/6 times daily for a week. Got through this morning. Was in middle of making a change and got cut off. They left a voicemail but am still not convinced it’s sorted correctly. Like you thought about cancelling DD but in these times want the broadband.
