Overcharged under contract

Hi, I have been overcharged for the past few months and have just noticed now.
Can someone have a look into my account and get in touch via pm or email.
Thanks

Re: Overcharged under contract

@Lrob  Welcome to the forum.

Have you taken into account the 9.3% (CPI plus 3.9%) increase that was applied to most contracts in March, see https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cpi-plus-guide/? I ask as this increase has been included in otherwise fixed contracts for quite a while now. Not every-one fully reads the details of their new contract, triggering this type of issue.

@Baldrick1
Thanks for the reply.
My bill has almost doubled in the past 4 or so months.

@Lrob

Not the CPI increase then. I assume that you have checked that your contract has not expired?

Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will come along soon and help.

Hiya @Lrob

I'm really sorry for the overcharge you have experienced, I can imagine how annoying this is when it has happened to me in the past and I want to get that sorted for you.

I have looked into this for you and supplied more information here as it contains account sensitive. Please get back to me if you need any further help.

Re: Overcharged under contract

Hi @SammyM
It still hasn’t been sorted properly I’m still being charged an extra £9 a month on top of what you told me it should be.
I’ve also been charged line rental for a while now which I wasn’t before (never used the landline made this clear at the start of contract)

My contract is up this month I think anyway so I will be switching unfortunately.
