Overcharge!

Hi. I have bee overcharged continually since I took my contract out back in 2018. I have raised a few tickets and gave had refunds, however, there has never been a full resolution. Please can you arrange a refund of the most recent overcharges. Thanks

Sorry to hear about this ongoing issue. I have now refunded recent overcharges and sorted out credits toward next bills.
