Overcharge since new contract

Please would you advise me as to whether I have to remind you each month that I am being billed incorrectly,and request a refund of £11.58 from the last paid bill.

Hello @biggles001 the ticket has been raised for us to manage within an internal pool, we will keep an eye on this each month your bill is produced.
