Help required to transfer a Madasafish domain out

I attempted to log into the Madasafish website in order to raise a support request to transfer my domain out. Unfortunately, a lot of options are no longer present or working and I was unable to find the old support pages (as an aside, i was unable to change passwords on the account as well which isn't great).

Given that I can't raise a support ticket could a support rep assist in this request via this forum please?
