Openreach have incorrect postcode for my address

Hi,

My plusnet contract expires at the end of the month and I'm another whose postcode with Openreach doesn't match the Royal Mail database.

Can anyone suggest anything please?

Plusnet need to raise an ORDI request to get it corrected.

Either ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632, explain the database errror to them and negotiate a new contract at the same time. Alternatively, wait for one of the Plusnet Help Team to come along here and pick up the postcode error for you.

Before I submit an address correction request to Openreach, could you confirm if the address shown in your account online via our website is correct? If not, then please send me a private message here.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi @thegavnor 

I've sent the request now and things should be updated within 5 working days.

I've also slightly tweaked the address in our own database, so it more accurately matches Royal Mail's. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Haven't received confirmation from ORDI, but it looks like your address has been updated now. 

The update could still be going through all of the systems though. Do things look different?
