Whatever happened to the online chat function?

I need to discuss my service, but don't want to be on the phone for ages......

We turned off live chat a long time ago in favour of other ways of getting in touch.

If you have Facebook or Twitter you can message us on there, alternatively feel free to PM any of us 'Help Team' listed Here.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
