Oh dear!!

I was just checking over my recent charges and realised I've been charged for calls after 6pm, but before 7pm! What a huge inconvenience now that has changed!! I remember that Plusnet took the international 300 minutes away(the main reason I wanted the service)....and now this! Think it's about time to get out of this contract.
This is a reminder for folks like me who may have forgot these changes.

Yeah, I know, fella. I'm not disputing that. I'm merely voicing my annoyance at all the changes and warning others like myself who may have forgot. I was not pointing the finger in any way, just trying to help.
