Hi, My broadband and phone line appears to be linked to another address. Openreach have said I need to raise ORDI so that records can be corrected. I am coming to end of my contract with PN, and if I want to look at renewal options with PN I need to put in the incorrect address as the address that the line is installed does not exist. Can someone please advise Many thanks
