Signed up on the 13th August, service transferred on the 28th August and still haven't received my £75 gift card

You should have received a cashback email as I have tracked this for you and can see it went out. Can you please confirm if you have checked your Junk Mailbox? It does sometimes arrive in there. 

 

If you can't find this, please come back to us and we will discuss further options.
