I have been with Plusnet for years and had the free Norton cover. I seem to recall checking a few years ago and being reassured eligibility was for as long as you have a contract. I recently renewed my contract but I am receiving messages from Norton stating cover is running out. I have tried to do the download from Plusnet site without success. Reading the various posts over the last few years there seems some confusion regarding eligibility. Some experts suggest it is only for first 24 months free.
So has eligibility changed?
If not, does the old ‘contract period’ need to expire to renew it free? Seems odd to require a security break in service!
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi @nottechy
Thanks for coming to our community.
Most packages do include 24 months of Plusnet Protect. If you are having trouble activating this then I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our guides who can check your plan, and help get your activation sorted.
