UPDATED: Finally got through to customer services, who have activated the process for me. I've received email confirmation that my reward will be posted to me within the next 30 days. Hopefully this will come through ok and i'll be a happy customer.
I have been with Plusnet since 17th June and I also have not yet received my reward email.
I joined via a Moneysupermarket link. Please can someone reply to all of us who seem to have similar issues? Thank you in advance.
