£75 Reward Card Update Thanks to Anouch

I have eventually been given  the £75 reward I was promised for signing up to plusnet. it has been an extremely traumatic event for me as someone with Autism, this has been an awful time but it has ended well thanks to Anouch in the customer services team. I had contacted a consumer rights team from a national newspaper to help my cause but in the end plusnet paid up.
