No reward card email?

I joined plusnet almost 2 months ago now and have not recieved the email to claim my reward card??? Help!

Apologies you have yer to receive the reward card.

I have forwarded a query to the back office team to ascertain the status of this and we will be in contact soon once we receive an update.
