Please can someone assist - my fibre went active on 10th January and I cant see a claim email from you anywhere.

Hope someone can sort it -- I signed up on either xmas eve/or xmas day - and the offer was valid until end of December or the 1st Jan

Check your junk email. Create a ticket in the members area. We recieved ours and (after clicking the link) confirming and recieved the check within days.
