My service activated on 18/07/2022 and have never received an email regarding getting the gift card. Can someone please look into this for me?

@paulm1985, I've had a look for you and can't see that your account was signed up on a reward card offer. 

Could you drop me a private message with some details about the offer you were expecting like the amount and which website that you went through to sign up with us?

I am unable to send private messages yet. I signed up though uSwitch and was expecting a £70 reward card.
