Hi,
I signed up for Full Fibre 500 at a discounted rate of £33.99p/m but that discount wasn't applied and I'm paying £40.99 a month. I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period.
Customer support have credited me for the extra I've been charged and said it will all be ok in the next bill - but my broadband account is still saying I'll pay 40.99 next month.
Are Plusnet good at sorting out billing issues like this or should I cancel now if I'm not willing to pay the higher amount? I also didn't receive the reward card either but I see everyone is having this issue.

I’ve checked your account and can confirm that the new discounts have been applied. They will activate on your next billing date, and once they are live, you will see them reflected in your member centre, so please don't worry.
Regarding the reward card, you should receive an email to claim it within up to 10 working days after your service goes live.
