New contract

Hi, My contract was running out 10/06/2025 , I agreed a new contract on the 03/06/2025 (£21.99) but now it says I owe £47.17 and somehow my new contract didn't go through so had to quickly do it again .any help

From my personal experience, the Plusnet billing system isn't the finest.

I suggest phoning up and it should be sorted.

Most likely you are in the "billing cycle" and it started before you recontracted.

It will (probably) sort itself out next month but I would call to be on the safe side.
