Signed up and no rewards card email

Hi, I understand that this may be premature but I've not received confirmation about the rewards card for the plan I signed up for. Annoying the confirmation email of the plan doesn't include details of the £100 reward on the 900 plan. 

I see from the FAQs that an email may or may not show up around 10 days, but is there a way to make sure that I'll definitely get the rewards card?

That's completely fine it's always good to stay on top of things, especially when it comes to the £100 reward card. As you mentioned, the confirmation of the plan does not include the reward card since it is only referenced at the point when you signed up for plusnet the email we send out is for your contract with us. However, I want to reassure you that I have looked at your account, and I can confirm that the promotional offer is definitely on your account. Rest assured, you will definitely receive the reward card.

However, I have passed this along to see if this could be added so when a customer signs up they can be notified about the reward card and what to expect

@thearmydee Thank you for getting back in touch with us, I hope you are well.

 

I have sent you a private email with the details of when to expect the claiming link to be received, in the meantime to complete this thread I can confirm that the eligibility criteria for reward cards is as follow:

 

- Offer is being redeemed against a product, account is created and services go active on a determined date;

- Services must be active for 10 days and then a claiming email will be sent with a link to redeem the offer;

- Card is sent from Blackhawk within 30 days.
