New Customer - No email received with info about £75 Plusnet reward card

My broadband/phone service was activated on 15th November and was advised that I would receive any email 10 days after activation on how to claim my voucher.

I haven't received any emails to date and I've checked my spam folders as well.

Could Plusnet customer service please confirm please.  Thanks.
