New Contract Errors

Good morning. If anyone from Plusnet is around could you please check and sort my incorrect new contract details? Amount showing in 'Your Products' is £2.54 per month more than agreed and my first bill under the new contract is £1.84 more than it should be (after my referral credit is deducted).

So none of it makes sense. This happened at last contract renewal too.

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate it. 

 

After a new contract is taken a prorata bill is usually generated on the following ill date, which is the case here.
