Hi I have not received my reward email, can someone help?

I've looked into this matter and I cannot seem to find any offers linked to your account, I have still sent the details to our reward offers team for you and I will update you once they have responded, in the meantime, please can you advise me how you created the account (e.g. online, over the phone, etc). If it was done over the phone, please can you DM me the contact number, I have messaged you to trigger the response.
