Referreal Payments

Referred family member this month - service now active after 1st payment made some time ago.

When should payments kick in on my bill?

Re: Referreal Payments

It's been a while since I remember this being discussed, but I think it is your first bill after their first regular bill. They will have paid for their first month upfront when they signed up.  Their billing cycle will start from when they go live.  A month after that is when their regular billing starts.

Does that make sense?

Re: Referreal Payments

Yeah the referral credit will show on your bill after they've made their first Direct Debit payment.

Re: Referreal Payments

Thanks Gandalf,

Does that still apply even when the 1st payment was made 2 weeks before the 'line' went live & the first DD Bill was for £0?

Re: Referreal Payments

Yeah that's correct. A £0 bill after the initial payment isn't a standard monthly subscription bill, it's produced as an invoice for the first payment which was made when signing up.
