I'm expecting to change to fibre on the 4th Jan. My new router package arrived as we have an amazing postman who could complete the missing and wrong address details (no house number, random first line, but correct road!), but OpenReach doesn't stand a chance!!!
How can I get this corrected quickly?
Phone line message said the line is closed....
Is there any chat/message route to PN?
Thanks

Interesting discovery....
PlusNet stores your address twice!
Logged in, I see my account with the wrong address (which was used by Plusnet to send my parcel).
BUT on my monthly invoices it shows by CORRECT address!
Weird but true....

@Townman thanks for the reply, yes I can imagine there can be problems, but this is probably the most simple address!
The house number (just two digits) gets changed to three words (first abbreviated as it is my location) "D????? Care Village".
The rest of the address is correct... Road, postal town, County, Area Code.
Just to clarify, when I log in and look at my account personal details it is here that the address is wrong and obviously used for router address. The monthly invoices have my correct address.

@bobpullen … worth a review?
Happy to take a look.
@Porthrepta - I could do with some pointers on which account I'm supposed to be looking at though. Any chance you can drop me a private message containing the account username?

Good news is Plusnet/Open Reach should arrive in 1 hour and they have the correct address
So looks like it's only the (wrong) address Plusnet use for posting out the modem...

@bobpullen PM sent.
Thanks - I've made a database change to the postcode record at Plusnet's side. Hopefully things look more sensible now?
Glad to hear the installation went OK.
