I can't see the "no contract" options any more, either. So the only way I could get an unlimited package means locking into a minimum 12-month contract, which is a problem as I intend to move within that time.
Business is business of course, but sometimes it does feel as if so many companies that trumpet their "customer focus" only offer what suits them best rather than what might suit their customers best.

Going no contract unlimited would mean paying an extra £2.00 a month. I don't know if Plusnet no contract unlimited is worth £14.99. I think they are better offers elsewhere. Not prepared to save an £1.50 by going contracted.

ah that's via the "change your package" route isn't it? The main package pages from the front of the site doesn't show them at all, so far as I can see.
