My bill

I started a fixed contract with Plusnet on January 3rd at £35.99 a month. I believed that this would cover me for broadband and landline. However this month's bill is for £52.90 because it includes £8 for anytime and £8.90 for phone calls. Please explain this to me. A happy bunny i am not.

Hey there @AlanCombes,

Thanks for reaching out to us here and apologies for the delayed response .

I'd suggest reviewing the bill in it's entirety as this will include any and all call charges that will make the invoice higher than usual - these are only charged should you make calls outside your call plan parameters such as over the 60 minute threshold or mobile/international numbers.
