Missing Reward Card Claim Email - Active since 16th Jan

​Hi,
​My broadband service was activated on Friday, 16th January.
​I understand that the reward card claim email is usually sent within 10 working days of activation. As today marks that 10-day milestone and I still haven't received anything (I have checked my spam and junk folders thoroughly), could someone please look into this for me?
​I'm keen to get the claim submitted before the offer window shifts.
