Hi,
My broadband service was activated on Friday, 16th January.
I understand that the reward card claim email is usually sent within 10 working days of activation. As today marks that 10-day milestone and I still haven't received anything (I have checked my spam and junk folders thoroughly), could someone please look into this for me?
I'm keen to get the claim submitted before the offer window shifts.
