Missing Bill

I have not received a bill for August, nor has my normal payment been taken.

I have not previously had the issue that other people have had, nor has anything changed on my account.

When this happened on my mobile account some months ago a negative mark was made on my credit score!

Can you please tell me why my bill has not been generated? When will it be fixed? That this will have no detrimental impact to my account.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had your August bill generated

Unfortunately, I can't give a date for when this will be resolved but I can confirm that your credit report won't be impacted by this

I"m missing 9 months of my bills on my account. There is a gap between 11/2018 and 8/2019
