Migrating from Plusnet

What's the best way to give notice to Plusnet that I am moving to another provider?

Suggest you don't; leave it to your new ISP to arrange migration.

Thanks Gel. That's what the new provider suggested.

I'm a bit concerned about the 14-days notice required for the 'Value' service but seems like the simplest solution is to leave it to the transfer process to take its course.

When I left it took 14days for it to be transferred over anyway. I didn't even contact PN, the new provider did it all. All I got from PN was a "Sorry, your leaving us" notification.
