Migrated away, no sensible response to ticket about refund

Hi

I raised a ticket asking when my refund would be paid, ticket was closed with no details and my account then deleted.

My service transferred on the 1st of September and billing date is the 16th so I assume I should have approx 50% of my monthly payment returned as I paid in advance.

If anyone from the plusnet world could take a look it would be appreciated!

Hi @zzrmatt, sorry to hear you've left.

 

It looks like a refund of £8.75 was issued back to you on 08/09/16 (This should be with you within 10 working days), the update on the ticket shows it was also emailed to you, apologies if you didn't receive the email that was sent.
