I've only recently signed up, 4 weeks today in fact. My services went live a week ago and straight away I was sent an email stating that I owed £23.98 as an initial charge, but I had already paid the initial charge when I signed up. I contacted customers service via the online chat and was told it was a mistaken invoice and that I owed nothing, advisor said he would have the billing charge removed. Low and behold today they've only gone and tried to take the £23.98 from my bank and put me overdrawn and now I'll receive bank charges! Not a great start for a new customer at all.
