My 18 month broadband contract doesn't end until 8th June 2021 but I have today been charged £33.72 as opposed to the normal monthly amount of £21.98.
Can someone sort this out please? Was thinking of moving suppliers - let's see if you can persuade me to stay with a decent level of customer service.
