Hi,
Logged in this morning to see that my next bill date has moved from 3 January to 3 April. No further details of bills etc. Does this mean I will get an itemised bill soon? No extra info on open ticket,

Perhaps they miss-spoke the date and it should have been April 1st.

We're sorry to hear that after all of the issues you've already had, you've now been charged incorrectly.
I've issued a refund for the incorrect amount and sent a ticket to our Billing Operations team with regards your Line Rental Saver payment.
