Incorrect billing

Hi, my contract is due to expire on 22nd July 2025 and up until last month I paid around £29/month but the latest bill is about £40. I looked at the bill and I have two lines of 'unlimited fibre extra'.

Could you please let me know if this was a mistake and if I will be refunded the difference between £40 and £29 like my usual bill? I have attached a picture of my bill

Re: Incorrect billing

Bear in mind that you are billed a month in advance. So, since your contract expires part way through the billing month, you will be charged the discounted price for part of the month and then the non-discounted price for the rest of the month.

If you look at the detailed breakdown of the bill, you will see the dates for which each of the entries apply.

If you would like a further explanation then post pictures of the detailed breakdown
