My contract started on 3/4/2025 (after the March increases). It states I'll be charged £26.99 a month until next March, at which point it will go up. However checking my bank statements I notice my direct debit has been £30.99 for the past 2 months. I'm broadband only, with no additional services. I've tried making contact through X / Twitter, both normal post and direct message but have had no response.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hey @mikebaker1959 👋
I have reviewed the issue for you and noticed that the bill did not include the contracted discount. I have credited the difference back to your account. However, I require additional information to help you further. I have created a ticket on your account with the specific details I need to look into this for you.

Hey Josh,
Thanks for this. I've been notified that my latest bill is available for viewing which I've done, and I think this has now been rectified. My latest bill is £18.99 which appears to show 3 x £4 promotional discounts applied which puts everything back as it should be. I'll keep my eye on the bill after to ensure that I'm only charged the £26.99 stated in my contract. But hopefully this is now sorted. Thanks for your help.
