New Contract not activated?

I recently was contacted by plusnet to renew my fibre broadband (May25) for two years.
I expected it to go live this month, however it doesn't appear to have gone ahead.
I did receive an email indicating I had with pre-contract/contract details in a link.

Any ideas as to why not?

Are you looking at your latest bill or your Members page?

 

If it's the bill then the system may not have caught up with the new contract  - the bill gets issued about 7 days prior to payment being taken. If this is the case it should sort itself out next month.

I rec'd an email yesterday offering me more renewal contracts? I was puzzled.
This time I noticed the option to confirm my order lower down the page, which I must have missed the first time. This morning the contract renewed. So it looks like user error on my part. However, it would have been handy if plusnet followed up that I hadn't confirmed the new contract the first time around after a week or so to avoid instances like this.
