Incorrect bill!!

I renewed my contract with a price from 03/04/2023 of £25.99 for 18 months.
Following this your monthly subscription will be £47.76.

I have been billed £45.86 in April and £47.76 in May. I have confirmation email and contract with my new offer details on but on my account it says a change is in progress. Can this be looked into please and can I please be refunded the difference.

@lizlco If I were you I would ring Plusnet. Their advisers watch this forum when they can but in your case a phone call would be quicker. This full charge is infuriating and happens all the time on renewal (including my own late last year) but the system should issue refund on your next payment.

This should apply if you renewed before expiry of your last contract, but if this contract had finished then you will have to pay that month's full out-of-contract price. If you are in difficulties, PN may offer you an immediate refund of any overpayment due. Best give them a ring, and I hope you will get this sorted out.
