I owe Plusnet £1.06 – Plusnet say they owe me £31.82 – who is correct?

I had a contract with Plusnet which expired on 20/3/22. I left Plusnet for a new ISP on 21/3/22. My billing is as follows (as there is no private information I feel it appropriate to post it here):

Bill dated 21/3/22 for £32.88 (paid 28/3/22) which covered period 21/3 to 20/4

Queried this bill and £32.88 was refunded on 1/4/22

Bill dated 11/4/22 for -£31.82 (as yet unpaid or refunded) covering period 22/3 to 20/4

Queried this bill by telephone this morning as I don’t believe I am in credit and in fact believe I owe Plusnet. Taking the difference between £32.88 and £31.82 (£1.06) this appears to be a charge for 1 day being 21/3/22 (the day I was out of contract/the day my new bill was due/the day I left Plusnet). The £1.06 is correct for one day’s charge and I am happy to pay it.

The gentleman I spoke to said I did not owe Plusnet anything and Plusnet did not owe me anything which sounds ok but he said the refund was being processed. He did raise a support ticket but I cannot find anyway to send a reply to this ticket as it appears closed. Could someone have a look at my account and clarify the situation for me as I don’t believe I am entitled to a refund.

Any help would be appreciated.
