I can not add an Authorised user to the account

As the tile above, I am having issued adding a name in the Authorised user field in the account.
Just states "Please enter a valid name"
thing is, as far as I know it is valid.
Any help is appreciated.

To answer your questions:
1) No, I have not attempted this before.
2) Yes, my the users name does indeed have a hyphen, more than likely what is it, however so does mine, and i can see that in the account.

Are you entering a full name, ie more than 1 word?

I tried and I get the same error with 1 and 3 words, there’s possibly validation to restrict it to 2 - does that work?
(I’ll flag it up as it ought to be possible to enter a 3 word name, in my opinion but I’m not certain at this stage)
