Hi,
Anyone know how to get in touch with Plusnet via a ticket or email these days? Phone seems to be the only option and I have been on hold too long.
I cancelled my service and it was due to end yesterday but it hasn't, and now I've received an out of contract bill for around £50. How do I get this cancelled if I can't get hold of Plusnet?

I've cancelled your account in line with the One Touch Switch, and your final bill will generate shortly.
