How to get money back from plusnet?

Hi Teo,

I've just got in touch with Openreach regarding your order and we've been advised that I'm afraid you'll need to contact TalkTalk to request that they update the records to show that your line is registered at your actual address.

Alternatively we can install a new line requesting we import your telephone number as part of the order. However this may not go through if your phone number is registered at a completely different postcode and you may need to contact TalkTalk to cancel your account with themselves once our line goes live.

Could you let me know how you'll want to go ahead? Happy to call you back if it's easier?
