How do I use my Credit since moving mobile to EE?

Since the move across to EE my ex Plusnet mobile account is in credit. Why do Plusnet not transfer that back into my account? And if they don't how do I make use of it?

Fix

It should be transferred to your account automatically once your final bill has been produced, that is assuming the direct debit is still in place.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hasn't happened I'm afraid in over two months. Disgraceful. You're about to get a roasting on Trustpilot (if you care that is).
