Since the move across to EE my ex Plusnet mobile account is in credit. Why do Plusnet not transfer that back into my account? And if they don't how do I make use of it?
Go to the fix.
It should be transferred to your account automatically once your final bill has been produced, that is assuming the direct debit is still in place.
